Brexit was iIlegal. Support all judicial reviews to declare it null & void, & vote for those candidates who support the UK & Gibraltar rejoining the EU in the European & UK General Elections

Full title: Brexit was iIlegal. So declare it null and void, under all of: the United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland (UK) and Gibraltar domestic, European Union, European Convention on Human Rights, the Vienna Convention, United Nations law and other international law including international customary law. Whilst we wait for the relevant authorities to correct through judicial review and other legal and administrative action, support all efforts for the UK & Gibraltar to rejoin the EU by political means including those of the rejoin movement spearheaded by the ReJoinEU Party. Part 1...Unfortunately the outgoing European Parliament betrayed majority opinion throughout all EU & UN member states, all 4 member countries of the UK & Gibraltar ratifying UK & Gibraltar EU Exit...

Part 2…& also the promise by the UK ´s EU Leave campaign & UK Government & the EU that all EU & EFTA citizens resident in the UK &/or Gibraltar & UK citizen counterparts would retain all rights....

Part 3 (amended)…Instead UK citizens resident in the EU & EFTA lost freedom of movement & EU citizenship as UK nationals there including the right to vote & stand in EU Parliamentary elections....

Part 4....Appalling therefore to see Donald Tusk, then President of the EU Council and part of this betrayal, being showcased as voting in the EU Parliamentary elections in Poland...

Part 5...To reverse this injustice, support all efforts, including ongoing judicial reviews concerning the 2016 Frauderendum & the UK-Gibraltar EU Exit legality, Leave campaigns convicted of fraud...

Part 6...Support all those judicial reviews, the UK-Gibraltar Rejoin movement & campaigns & the RejoinEU Party, registered in England as a party able to stand in elections in Great Britain...

Part 7...For those with a vote in the UK general election on Thursday 4th July 2024 in Northern Ireland, all parties except for Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) support UK & Gibraltar Rejoining EU...

Part 8...No UK overseas possession, including Gibraltar, has any seats in the UK Parliament, though in the past, until its (re-) conquest by France in 1453, Calais was represented in Parliament...

Part 9...Those voting in the 2024 European Parliamentary elections should vote for those candidates most in agreement with the above, Parts 1-8. Follow me on X @AdrianWhyatt....

Part 10...To repeat, follow me on X/Twitter @AdrianWhyatt. I am writing purely in a personal capacity, though I am RejoinEU Party Iberia Co-ordinator. Iberia = Spain, Portugal, Andorra, & Gibraltar...

Part 11 of 11...If you are eligible to vote in one of the 26 constituencies with a ReJoinEU Party candidate in the UK General Election, vote ReJoinEU Party. Elsewhere for a pro-rejoining candidate.
